Eligibility Requirements & Enrollment Fee

The Vax4Life program is available for any cat or dog 6 months or older, with a one-time enrollment fee of $167.20. If you enroll your pet when they’re young, this will add up to an impressive cost savings over the course of their life!

Lifetime Free Vaccines

Dogs receive rabies, distemper, and leptospirosis at no cost, while cats are eligible for rabies and FVRCP (feline distemper) for free. However, your pet must be seen on time for their annual visit and any required boosters to stay in good standing to receive a lifetime of free vaccines.

Additional Vaccine Discounts

If your pet needs additional vaccinations based on their lifestyle and exposure risk, such as Lyme, influenza, bordetella, or feline leukemia, you can receive up to 50% off any other recommended vaccines.

Annual Wellness Visit Commitment

To maintain enrollment in the program, your pet must stay up to date with their annual wellness visit. At the completion of your first Vax4Life appointment, we will schedule your pet’s next yearly exam to ensure they receive timely care and reminders.
